The aim of the employment termination payment calculator is to assist employers with calculations required to make employment termination payments on or after 1 July 2007. For eligible termination payments made before 1 July 2007, refer to the eligible termination payment calculator.
The tool performs calculations only. It cannot be used to identify reporting obligations. A list of other exclusions is available after you start the calculator.
