When the ATO collect a superannuation guarantee entitlement or when we are holding a super co-contribution entitlement for you, we seek to pay it to a superannuation fund account or retirement savings account (RSA) in your name.
This request should be completed if you want to nominate a particular account to receive any superannuation entitlements we are holding for you.
