Andrea Francis

Andrea has a Bachelor Arts – Accounting from Canberra University and is a CPA. She has a very sound background in small business having worked in Finance, Industry and Construction prior to working in Public Practice. This gives Andrea a more realistic view of how a small business really operates.

Following a successful career in small business, Andrea moved into Public Practice in 2005 as a CPA, Taxation and Business advisor. Andrea is a member of CPA Australia, with CPA and Public Practitioner Status. She also is an experienced and qualified auditor of both SMSF and Not for Profit Organisations, Andrea is also a Justice of the Peace.

In 2016, Andrea purchased an accounting business with the aim to provide professional and reliable accounting advice. It is also vital to Andrea’s business to have a personal approach with her clients, to ensure they receive the best possible accounting service with the focus on customer service.

Andrea is Xero accredited as well as highly experienced with MYOB & QuickBooks.

Deborah Glover

Deborah has a Certificate IV in Accounting with a combined total of over 17 years’ experience in preparation of financial statements and tax Returns for companies, trusts and partnerships, individual tax returns and preparation of Activity Statements.

With experience in both commercial and public practice accounting, Deb understands how a small business operates and their problems faced. Deb is also Xero accredited as well as highly experienced with MYOB & QuickBooks.

Kristy Taylor

Before joining the team at HR Block Shoalhaven Kristy has worked for many different types of companies both large and small throughout London and Sydney. With over 19 years’ experience in accounts and bookkeeping Kristy has extensive knowledge in many accounting programs including being a Certified Xero Advisor.

Kristy has recently completed the HR Block Tax Income Tax Course and can assist both businesses and individuals with their bookkeeping, accounting, and taxation needs.

Emma Costa

Emma has worked in the accounting industry since 2001 and worked with South East Access since 2015 as our cheerful bookkeeper, corporate secretarial and senior administration.

She enjoys working with our BAS clients, including payroll and superannuation, as well as Bank link.

With training in Office Administration, HR Block Income Tax Course and Xero. Emma is also highly experienced with MYOB.

Rebecca Graham

Bec has worked for South East Access since 2013, as our wonderful, bright and friendly receptionist and administrator.

As the director of first impressions Bec is one of the first faces or voice you will encounter when making enquiries.

Bec is a happy and helpful team member, with qualifications and many years of experience in business administration and customer service and is always eager to do her best to make your experience with South East Access and H&R Block Ulladulla a pleasant and informative one.

Alec Thompson

Alec has been in the accounting industry since 2009 and joined our team in 2017, as our friendly receptionist who can also prepare simple individual tax returns.

Her qualifications include, Certificate III in Business Administrations, H&R Block Income tax course in 2012, 2017 & 2018.

Alec’s strengths are her work ethic, being a team player, and she is always willing to learn. Alec is a Justice of the Peace and the best words to describe her are attentive, polite and honest.
